Notice for 700 Block of Dover St.
Ongoing construction work will require the 700 block of Dover St. to be closed on Wednesday, Sept 9, Thursday, Sept. 10th and Monday, Sept. 13th. The developer is aware of garbage pickup on Wednesdays and will try to accommodate trash removal. Residents who live on the corner of Fremont and Dover will still be able to access the parking lot behind their houses, but they must enter and exit from Fremont Ave. instead of Dover. The developer apologizes for the inconvenience.
Dover Street closures continue

Car access to the 700 block of Dover St.
On Tuesday (July 13) and Wednesday (July 14), the 700 block of Dover St. will be blocked to allow for a sewer connection for 725 W. Pratt St. apartments. Residents who live on the corner of Fremont and Dover will still be able to access the parking lot behind their houses, but they must enter and exit from Fremont Ave. instead of Dover. The developer apologizes for the inconvenience.
Construction crane
The construction crane blocking Dover St. yesterday was not part of the 725 Pratt St. project. It evidently was there to repair roof damage on 730-734 Dover St., not related to the Zahlco development. Notifications concerning 725 Pratt St. will continue to be posted on this site.
