Ridgely’s Delight Association (RDA) Community Meeting Canceled

The monthly meetings for May have been canceled. Check our website, and follow Ridgely’s Delight on Facebook for updates on future meetings.

May Street Sweeping Dates

Street sweeping has been canceled until further notice. If you’re able to help, please take a moment and clean in front of your house.

Trash is picked up every Wednesday.
Recycling is picked up every Friday.

Bulk trash pickups have been canceled due to the pandemic. The Quarantine Road Landfill (410-396-3772) is open and city residents can drop off large items there. The neighborhood association has tentatively scheduled a community dumpster on May 23rd. Details will be on Facebook and NextDoor.

Residential Parking Permit update

The Baltimore City Parking Authority (PABC) will not be renewing paper decals for Ridgely's, but will instead go to the virtual permit / pass starting on July 1. Please look for more information in the Ridgely's June newsletter and directly from the Parking Authority in the coming months.

Renovation Reminders

All home improvement renovation work requires a Baltimore City permit. Additionally, Ridgely’s Delight is a historic neighborhood in a CHAP district and exterior work on your home requires CHAP approval prior to the start of any renovation. To review the guidelines, please visit chap.baltimorecity.gov.
