Parking Pass Renewal
The Baltimore City Parking Authority (PABC) offices are still closed due to COVID-19. You do not need to renew your Area 5 parking permit until they reopen. You will be notified by email. If you are new to the neighborhood, keep on eye on PABC’s website for updates as to when you can apply for and receive your Area 5 permit.
At this time there is no parking enforcement for Area 5 but you will be ticketed for expired parking meters, blocking crosswalks, loading zones, fire hydrants, etc. Please park smart.
The PABC has begun to test the software related to Virtual Permit Parking (VPP). You will be provided more details on that program before it goes into effect.
Neighborhood Herb Garden
There is a new community herb garden in the playground (Penn and Melvin). Neighbors are invited to clip a few sprigs for their favorite recipes.
