How To Get Rid of Bulk Trash

Did you know you can get rid of large unwanted items like furniture and appliances through the City’s convenient bulk trash collection service? There’s one designated bulk trash collection day each month. Not sure when your bulk trash day is? No problem! Call 311 or visit the 311 Online portal to find your scheduled date and easily request a pickup.

Items can also be dropped off at the City’s landfill (6100 Quarantine Road) or any of the four transfer stations. The closest one to us is at the Western Sanitation Yard, 701 Reedbird Ave. in Cherry Hill. They are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am — 5:00 pm.

Hops & Vines

On February 1st, join the Port Discovery Children’s Museum for a grown-up friend-raiser (21+) in support of their educational and access programs. Take a tour of beverage samples along a backdrop of a fun night-at-the-museum vibe, complete with music and mingling. The event runs from 7 to 10 pm. More information
