- Vice President, Operations: Sidas Saulinas
- Vice President, Communications: Bill Reuter
- Secretary: Julia Dumont
- Treasurer: Billy Hufnel
- Parliamentarian: Paul Rubenson
- Board members: Julia Lebhertz, Syrus Razavi, Gerry Salley, Maia Tatinclaux
The agenda and a zoom link will be posted online as soon as they are available.
November Neighborhood Happy Hour
It's time to unwind after a long week! Join us for our neighborhood happy hour on Friday, November 8, at Maryland Yards, 511 W Pratt St, starting at 5:30 pm.
These events are always a good time to catch up with old friends, and make some new ones! Let’s celebrate our wonderful community together.
Teddy Bear Pajama Party
Don’t pack away your youngster’s costume and spooky pajamas yet! Squeeze in one more night of Halloween fun, and treat them to a party designed just for them and their favorite stuffed animal friend at the Maryland Science Center. The party will be on Friday, November 1, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. More information. This event is designed for children ages 8 and under, but older siblings are welcome to join in on the fun!
Blue Crab Mural
Thanks to a grant from the South Baltimore Gateway Partnership, the Ridgely’s Delight Association has contracted artist Gary A. Mullen to create a mural under the Martin Luther King overpass on Russell Street. Watch his work take shape as you drive in and out of the neighborhood—special thanks to Sandy Anderson for overseeing the grant.
Community Dumpster
The city will be dropping off a community dumpster on Conway Street on Saturday, November 9, from approximately 9 to 11 am. Stop by to get rid of unwanted household items and clean up some of the debris that collects on our streets.
Just a friendly reminder: Please keep commercial waste, appliances (like microwaves and air conditioners), and building materials out of the dumpster. Following these guidelines ensures we can continue to receive community dumpsters from the city.
A District 10 Town Hall Series
Our councilwoman, Phylicia Porter, will host a series of in-person town halls across our district. This is an opportunity for constituents to connect with her, learn about the various city agencies and their roles and responsibilities, how to connect with agencies to solve individual and community issues and offer space for residents to share their experiences, concerns, questions, and feedback with the District 10 team. The town hall for Ridgely’s is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Middle Branch Fitness & Wellness Center (201 Reedbird Ave).
Street Sweeping
Don't forget to move your vehicle on assigned street sweeping mornings (8 am to noon). This month the scheduled street sweeping dates will be:
- Odd sides of the street — November 20
- Even sides of the street — November 27
