  1. Gala Update (Billy Hufnell)
    To be held on afternoon of September 21, 2025 at Mystique in Pigtown.   

  2. CHAP Update (Paul Rubenson)
    Building on corner of S Fremont and Pratt St has been sold – unclear whether new owner understands issues.
    Building on corner of Emory and Portland – sold about 5 months ago.  Issues with windows following CHAP guidelines.

  3. Parking Representative (Nicole Dungee)
    RDA needs to nominate someone to represent RDA with City.  Some discussion on candidates, no decision made.

  4. Paul Rubenson motioned to adjourn.  Si Saulynas seconded.
