Safety Committee – Linda Smith
I. Follow up on the recent robbery incident.

Architectural Review Committee
I. Discussion of rehab on the corner of Portland & Emory – some outstanding issues including vinyl windows, etc.
II. Building on the corner of S Fremont & Pratt St – 3/12 hearing about proposal to repair cornice, owner says expense exceeds value of building. Two individuals from the neighborhood are making statements.
III. Home with vinyl windows installed on the weekend – working to have them replaced.
iv. Deb O’Neill is leaving the committee

2. Bylaws – current issues because they are specific inconsistencies in the written bylaws that might not require a Bylaws committee to be formed.  Also, the larger review was completed just two years ago, and the bylaws do not need a major review.  Nicole, Paul and Gerry will review the specific issues and make a recommendation by or in September on whether it is necessary to form a committee.  Vote on issue in November.

3. Meeting with Camden Yards Representatives – Nicole Dungee had a recent productive meeting at Camden Yards.  Representatives do not have much knowledge of Ridgely’s Delight, had not been to Babe Ruth Museum, etc.  Walk-through of neighborhood to be planned.  Paul suggested introducing them to business owners.  Comment was made that they’d like to focus on fans in the City this coming year.

4. Motion was made to adjourn.  Seconded.
