  1. Maia Tatinclaux – Safety Committee
    Southern district police meeting one time/month – missed meeting in Pigtown/Carroll Park, new police Major.  No response to have them join the weekly walk. Drug activity seems to have slowed, but not totally stopped.

  2. Bill Reuter & Billy Hufnell – Membership Committee
    Gala – Bill & Billy met about Gala.  Scaling back to upscale happy hour.

  3. Julia Dumont - Maintenance Committee
    Consider scheduling regular cleanups.

  4. Paul Rubenson - CHAP
    Sailcloth sold some apartments.  Troubling to Paul because they probably saw problems with the other building.  Timeline with CHAP about cornice -dates have been pushed back.  Separated from portfolio

  5. Billy Hufnell – Finance Committee – brief update
