June 2024 Board Meeting

1. No speakers at the July meeting.

2. Tornado warning – let’s all go home.

3. No parking updates.

4. ARC – no word from developers of old oyster factory on Fremont. They are trying to take advantage of all available historical funding/advantages. ARC had a meeting with them.

Phylicia Porter has scheduled a community walk around the neighborhood on July 2nd. Nicole will email the board. And try and invite people from all parts of the neighborhood.
