June Community Meeting

Join your neighbors at The Starting Lineup (213 Penn St.) for our monthly community meeting. Discussion topics will include:

Agenda

• Luke Clippinger, State Delegate, District 46, Member of the House of Delegates from 2011, Chair of the Judiciary Committee
• Turell Brooks, from Sharp Leadenhall Community Association, will present information on a community event in July, to support and bring awareness to needed renovations to Sharp Leadenhall Rec Center.  Will invite Ridgly’s to participate.  He will also invite Ridgely’s residents to attend “Neighbors Meeting Neighbors” events in Sharp Leadenhall intended to form relationships between communities and across racial/economic lines.  Turrell works for the States Attorney Office. He will also give people contact information from his office, to take with them.
• Sandy Anderson- update on the crab mural
• RDA request for BGE to better manage its property surrounding substation, block of Pratt/Green/Emory
• Discussion: Where do people want community meetings?
• Announcements/Old Business: June 7 Happy Hour, Backyard, approval of prior minutes
